Helping Afghanistan Veterans Socialize

Socializing is certainly the best thing that we can do but that is because we live a different lifestyle. Veterans fighting on the battlefield have a different lifestyle altogether and therefore they never get to live the kind of life that we enjoy. There are many veterans who have been posted in places and Iraq and Afghanistan for many years and over so many years their lifestyle completely changes their mindset as well. There are many Afghanistan veterans who feel that they are better off at the battlefield rather than coming back home and this is certainly becoming a concern for the people in army.

There are many veterans who have claimed that they don’t get the right kind of atmosphere when they are back home because their life is very different from the kind of life they live on the battlefield. Hence, they sometimes find it hard to adjust and cope with the way civilians live their life. Brock Horner is a veteran himself and he feels it really hard to adjust with the social life because he never lived such a lifestyle. According to the research by Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) there are about 1.7 million veterans in America that feel this way and that is really becoming a boiling issue in the United States.

To handle this issue many new websites are being launched like myrebootcamp that is designed especially for war veterans who don’t like socializing or returning back home. The website allows them to discuss their real time challenges and issues and provides them with real time solutions that they can try to resolve their problems. The website also talks about different ways in which these veterans can handle their personal attitude, personal values and know more about time and money management. The website also provides them with options like career exploration if these veterans want to do something else in order to keep themselves busy and occupied with some work. Hence, myrebootcamp provides an option for the war veterans to speak their mind and get some clear answers of how they can gel themselves in the social world.

I think the government and the ppl shud fight out their problems together bcos no one wud want to be a veteran in the future if this happens.
